Refund Policy

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee: We are committed to providing high-quality HVAC services. If you are not satisfied with the service performed, please contact us within 7–14 days of service completion so we can address your concerns.

2. Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds may be issued under the following conditions: The service was not completed as agreed. The issue persists due to workmanship errors. Incorrect service or parts were provided. We reserve the right to inspect and verify all claims before issuing a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Services: The following are generally non-refundable: Diagnostic or inspection fees. Completed services that meet agreed specifications. Emergency service call fees. Costs of special-order parts or equipment

4. Repairs & Rework Policy: Before a refund is issued, we will: Offer to re-perform the service at no additional cost, or Provide necessary corrections to resolve the issue. Refunds will only be considered if we are unable to fix the problem.

5. Equipment & Parts: New equipment installations may be covered under manufacturer warranties. Refunds for equipment are subject to supplier return policies. Installed equipment may be subject to restocking or removal fees

6. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 24 hours before the appointment: No charge. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a service fee

7. Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

8. Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for: Pre-existing system issues, Manufacturer defects, Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third-party work
